A few essential qualifications for Personal Care Aides/Caregivers:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Six months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

As a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver, you will:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with mobility, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
