Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients to take medications, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways.
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
