About the Position:
This is a per diem position, with mostly day shift hours Monday - Friday, although there may be occasional weekend or on-call needs. As a key member of our Community Staffing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and health of our senior residents.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments for residents
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Supervising CNAs/PCAs on your shift
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate medical records
Requirements:
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
