Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Supervising CNAs/PCAs on your shift, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to meet the needs of our residents.
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies, following established protocols and providing immediate care as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing, preferably in long-term care or assisted living settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
