Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities. As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and promote resident independence and well-being.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $26-$32 per hour
- $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff
- Weekly pay
Responsibilities:
As a CNA, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
- Observing and reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing home or assisted living settings
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Effective communication skills in English
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
