Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily activities.
- Monitor resident vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises and mobility aids.
- Document resident care and progress in electronic medical records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CNA certification and status on the MN CNA Registry.
- Minimum one year of nursing home or assisted living experience preferred.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks.
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written form.
