Sterilization Aide- ENT Clinic

Professionally develop and enhance your healthcare career at Interim Healthcare Staffing! We have an immediate need for a Sterilization Aide to work in a leading ENT clinic. Gain valuable experience and growth as you join our amazing team of healthcare professionals!

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4pm

Locatio n : Woodbury, MN

Pay rate : $26- $29 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

Perform functions that assist with patient care as requested

Cleaning and sterilizing all equipment with procedures that support infection control and OSHA standards.

Use of high level disinfectants on video scopes.

Ensure that clinic supplies are adequately stocked and well organized.

Properly maintain all equipment and keep adequate records.

Perform job responsibilities with teamwork and customer service.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED.

Formal education in central supply / sterilization or at least 6 months recent (within the last 3 years) experience.

Demonstrated organizational skills required.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of grammar / spelling.

Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner.

Current CPR certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required within 6 months of hire and maintained. On-line CPR certification is not acceptable

Able to pass criminal background check.

General computer skills preferred
