About the Role:
As a Human Resource Specialist at Interim HealthCare Staffing, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing department goals, objectives, and systems, as well as maintaining compliance with required business postings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Develops and implements department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Assists with benefits administration and affirmative action program.
- Conducts new-employee orientations and handles employee relations counseling.
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directories.
- Maintains compliance with required business postings.
- Manages Workman Compensation and assists with unemployment/employee file requests.
- Participates in QAPI for all departments and maintains Human Resource Information System records.
- Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Healthcare Human Resources experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
- Healthcare background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
