We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Trained Medication Aide to join our healthcare team.
Job Summary
Safely administer prescribed medications, assist with patient care, monitor resident responses, and maintain accurate medication records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Safely administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with patient care tasks.
- Monitor resident responses to medication.

Requirements:
- Must have a Trained Medication Aide certification with 48 hours of training.
- Current CNA registry in MN.
- At least one year of experience in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility.
- Able to work and communicate effectively in English.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
