Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer to join our team at Interim Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your career in one of our many specialty areas.
You will work on a full-time schedule, with shifts either 7am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm M-F, plus an on-call rotation 1-2 nights/week and every 3rd or 4th weekend.
This is a temporary assignment expected to last around 13 weeks, but is likely to extend longer.

Responsibilities
- Enter Exam Charges into System and Direct Them to Material Services and Pharmacy
- Perform High-Quality Ultrasound Examinations on Patients of All Ages
- Maintain Exam Room, Equipment, and Supplies to Ensure Readiness for Each Patient
- Maintain Accurate Records to Meet Regulatory and Professional Standards
Requirements
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Ultrasound and/or Radiologic Technology
- Satisfactory Completion of a Clinical Rotation in Radiology and/or Ultrasound Prior to Graduation
- ARDMS and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Certifications Required
- Minimum 2-3 Years of Ultrasound/Sonography Experience Preferred
