Job Description:
Interim Healthcare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a local opportunity.
Key Highlights:
- Paid up to $44/hr depending on experience
- Variety of Full-Time shifts available, including float positions and weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols
- Interact with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Apply knowledge of radiation protection, emergency protocols, and procedures to maximize safety in the work environment
Duties:
- Obtain accurate and complete Radiologic Images according to department protocols
- Position and interact with patients in a professional, caring, courteous, and safe manner to ensure quality care
- Ensure proper protective and safety measures for patients and staff, including radiation shielding for patients in accordance with prescribed safety standards
- Operate all equipment proficiently and report malfunctions or need for adjustments or repair
- Complete required quality control and documentation
- Clinically supervise and instruct radiology students
Requirements:
- ARRT certification
- Competent in Fluoroscopy, C-Arms, and general radiology; EPIC/PACS experience preferred but not required
