Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare. **Responsibilities:**
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient vital signs
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Document patient progress and report changes as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Current licensure as a LPN/LVN in the state(s) where you will be practicing
• At least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN or completion of our preceptor program
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
