We are seeking a highly motivated and independent thinker to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the sales leadership team.  In this role, you will support our sales efforts, streamline processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall efficiency.  If you are a proactive communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for contributing to a high-performing sales environment, we want to hear from you!

Greenville office based position, FT, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities  As a Business Development Coordinator, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :

  • Prepare impactful reports, insights, and presentations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance team productivity.
  • Facilitate communication between Intake staff, Agency staff, and leadership to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in managing and analyzing sales compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance performance tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the AVP, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
  • Organize sales meetings and provide backup coverage for liaisons as needed.
  • Work with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and develop sales materials.
  • Train staff on sales software and contribute to the development of educational resources for staff and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding reimbursement and advocate for referral sources.
  • Manage special projects as assigned, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.

Required Skills  A few must-haves for our Business Development Coordinator :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related role in the healthcare or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
