Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
- Assess patient needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and document progress

- Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and strategies for optimal recovery
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Colorado
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- Minimum one year of OT experience; home health care experience preferred
- Pass a background check and drug test
