The Role
We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
- Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings
- Aid with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
- Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Requirements
- 6 months of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
- Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
