Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Nurse Aides for Care Center. This role involves providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, following individualized care plans, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs, reporting to supervisors as necessary
- Observe residents during shifts and report any concerns to the nursing team
- Serve meals to residents and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements:
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Current BLS and immunizations (Hep B and TB screening) required
- Understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and maintain effective organizational and communication skills
