Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients' personal care and hygiene needs
- Work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver high-quality patient care
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
- Monitor patients' vital signs, measure intake/output, and document changes
- Observe patients and notify supervisors of issues requiring attention
