As a Home Health Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) at Interim HealthCare, you will be part of an organization that is dedicated to enhancing the standard of in-home care.

Interim HealthCare seeks a Clinical Supervisor/Registered Nurse (RN) who is aligned with our mission to provide outstanding care to patients and clients. You will lead a team dedicated to making a positive impact on lives through their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient.
• Ensure home care clinicians meet and exceed standards for safe, effective and efficient clinical practice.
• Supervise paraprofessional and licensed professional team members.
• Use clinical decision making to efficiently manage an assigned patient population.
• Assure the development of education for the patient and family, and other caregivers to promote patient progress.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
• Minimum of six months of home healthcare experience required.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience preferred.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion.
