Your Role
You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive disorders, developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Colorado
• Minimum of one year of experience providing direct client care services in a home health setting
• CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health care
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and effective communication abilities
