\As a Registered Nurse with Interim HealthCare, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress/recovery. \
- Assessing and documenting patient conditions and reporting changes as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.). \
- Administering medication, insulin, and IV fluids: documenting thoroughly. \
- Insp ecting and caring for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene. \
- Collaborating with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. \
- Delivering treatments for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. \\/ul\[
- A current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position. \
- CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification. \
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations. \
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required. \\/ul\[
