As a Registered Nurse with Interim HealthCare, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress/recovery.
\
• Assessing and documenting patient conditions and reporting changes as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.).
\
• Administering medication, insulin, and IV fluids: documenting thoroughly.
\
• Insp ecting and caring for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene.
\
• Collaborating with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Delivering treatments for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc.

Qualifications

\

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

\
\
• A current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position.
\
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
\
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
\
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.
