Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare.
- OASIS experience, preferred.
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
You must be able to work independently and provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals. Knowledge of state, federal, and licensure regulations is also required. We have no Covid Vaccination Requirements.
