Responsibilities include taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to the RN Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be able to administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN License in PA. CPR Certification is also required. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations is essential. Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion are highly valued.
