Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Grass Valley, CA. As a CNA, you will work closely with our healthcare teams to provide personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist patients with daily living activities such as eating, toileting, and ambulating
2. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to healthcare teams
3. Administer basic care such as changing wound dressings and applying topical medications

Requirements:

• Current California (CNA) License
• Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, Physical and TB test
