Job Description:
As a Home Health Admission Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments
- Coordinating patient/client services
- Providing care according to the patient's/client's plan of care/service plan
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare
- OASIS experience, preferred
