Home Health Infusion Nurse Overview:

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Home Health Infusion Nurse:
- Assess patients with regard to diagnosis, developmental stage and/or special conditions
- Monitor and evaluate patient response according to identified criteria, and participates in quality management activities
- Recognize abnormal conditions or potential problems, take appropriate action, and notify appropriate personnel
- Document interventions and evaluations accurately and promptly
- Maintaining accurate accounting of instruments, appliances, and supplies used during procedures
- Administer medications/infusions under the order of a physician and according to state practice act
Qualifications for an Interim HealthCare® Home Health Infusion Nurse:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an active RN license in IL
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach
