You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary home health team, collaborating with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, OTs, PTAs, and SLPs to develop and implement effective patient care plans. Your expertise will enable patients to overcome mobility challenges and achieve optimal outcomes.
