Job Description
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, your primary role will be to provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases. You will work closely with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides providing patient care. Your responsibilities will include examining patients, doing assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to their physician.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or program
- At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
- Healthcare CPR/BLS Certified (demonstration course required)
- Home health care experience preferred
- Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
- No Covid Vaccination Required
