Clinical Leadership Role in Home Care
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to fill the role of Therapy Clinical Manager - Physical Therapist (PT). In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes through effective clinical supervision and support.
Requirements for this role include a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Program, active licensure as a PT in Colorado, and at least three years of experience in home healthcare. Two years of management experience and OASIS experience are highly desirable.
