Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the comfort of our clients' homes, adhering to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress, assessing and documenting conditions, and reporting changes as needed (vitals, stool/urine, seizure activity, etc.).
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure wound care and personal hygiene needs are met, including dressing changes and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
