As a skilled In-Home Care Nurse with Interim HealthCare, your primary responsibilities will include providing compassionate nursing care and assistance with daily activities to patients in their homes. You will monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN Supervisor and administer PEG tube medications and feedings as required. Additionally, you will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support, perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe environment, and offer companion care to enhance client well-being. You will also coordinate with families and healthcare teams, including hospice services, and follow MD treatment plans and ensure compliance with patient care protocols.
