Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients with diverse medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
- Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, RNs, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN Supervisor.
- Assist the RN in implementing physician orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.
- Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- CPR certification.
- Familiarity with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, effective communication, and compassion.
