Responsibilities:
- Accompany children to school, providing medical care as outlined in their established Plan of Care.
- Create a safe and healthy learning environment for students.
- Follow behavioral plans as needed.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, therapists, and teachers to ensure smooth transitions between activities.
- Assess and document patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns.
- Accompany children on outings or bus rides as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in PA.
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
- Valid state-issued driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
