Our Marketing Specialist has been called to care in their own unique way. As a member of our Marketing team, you'll support a full range of projects, team members, and marketing duties.
On-site in our Worthington, OH office, M-F, 8:30am to 5pm.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
Create and manage high-quality multimedia content, including implementation of effective social media strategies.
Collaborate with, and provide support to cross-functional teams including, business development/sales, recruitment, internal engagement/employee retention departments.
Develop and own collaboration and communication process with our operations to implement the vision/character of the organization onto social media & within our internal comms.
Bi-weekly analytics on our performance delivered to leadership (Social Media, & Internal Comms)
Examining brand needs, where it needs to exist, how it can be strongest, and how to audit that.
Own a portion of our upcoming emailing and SMS campaigning for bd/sales (design emails, brainstorm content, push engagement)
To qualify as a Marketing Specialist with us, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
3 years of experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or Zoho
1 years of WordPress experience
Experience analyzing and presenting marketing KPIs & Metrics
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
