Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Interim HealthCare, you will provide direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care, closely monitoring progress and recovery. Your responsibilities will include assessing and documenting patient conditions, administering medication and insulin, and delivering treatments such as wound care and personal hygiene.
- Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care
- Assess and document patient conditions
- Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids
- Inspect and care for wounds
- Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must possess an Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS), hold a current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position, and maintain CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification. Reliable transportation is also required.
