Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of an RN.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and aides to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Take vital signs, conduct assessments, and document progress to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist RNs in developing and implementing patient care plans, teaching self-care techniques, and educating families on patient safety.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and plan for discharge.
