Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Available positions in Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, and surrounding areas.
Earn $75-150 per visit, plus travel and mileage compensation.
This part-time position requires a minimum of five visits per week.

In this role, you will:
- Provide occupational therapy to patients struggling with daily tasks due to illness or injury
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary home health team, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, PTs, and SLPs, focused on developing patient-centered care plans
- Evaluate patient needs, establish therapy goals, and document progress
- Assist patients with exercises to enhance fine motor skills and coordination
- Suggest adaptive equipment to provide additional support, such as grab bars and shower chairs
- Evaluate fall risks and implement strategies to improve home safety
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, goals, and self-care techniques
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Hold current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Colorado
- Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification (demonstration course required)
- Have at least one year of OT experience; home health care experience is preferred
- Meet federal and/or state requirements for background checks
- Pass a background check and drug test (we require testing for THC)
- No Covid vaccination required
