Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care
- Closely monitor patient progress and recovery
- Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed
- Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids
- Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene
Requirements: To qualify for this position, you must have a current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state associated with this position. You should also have reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations. Practical trach and/or ventilator experience is preferred but not required.
