Role and Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Interim HealthCare, you'll provide in-home direct patient care, administer medication and insulin, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver seamless patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Qualifications:
Hold an Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS), possess a current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position, and maintain CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
