Your Role
- You will work closely with our team to assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications
- One year of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
