Job Description:
- As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
- You will obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
- Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care) is an important aspect of this role.
- You will recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience within the last two years is required.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition are essential.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance are mandatory.
