1. Provide direct patient care in the comfort of clients' homes
2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
3. Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any emerging needs or concerns
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
1. A current, unrestricted RN license in the state associated with this position
2. CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
3. Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
