Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one patient care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
- Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
- Aid with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
- Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Requirements and Qualifications
- One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
