As a Home Health Therapy Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing home-based physical therapy to patients with a wide range of conditions and abilities
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare
