Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program and active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy, ideally in home healthcare
- BLS/CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and compassion
