As a Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include assessing patient conditions, administering medication, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have a current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position. You must also have reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations. Practical trach and/or ventilator experience is preferred but not required.
