As a Regional Director of Operations, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Develops and implements operational strategies to optimize the delivery of Home Health services across multiple locations
- Monitors and evaluates key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care, staff productivity, and financial performance.
- Helps to enforce, maintain, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the company while continuing to look for innovative ways to enhance our processes.
- Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provides leadership and guidance to office administrators and staff to promote a positive working culture built on excellence and accountability.
- Assist in auditing documentation and ensure response to Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs)
- Ensure compliance with our processes and help develop and implement new processes.
A few must-haves for our Regional Directors of Operations:
- Experience in healthcare operations management (at least 10 years) preferably a Registered Nurse with strong Home Healthcare experience.
- Experience working with a Medicare Certified HomeHealth Agency (at least 5 years)
- Past/Current Experience with oversight of multi-site region.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in Home Healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic planning abilities with a focus on driving operational efficiency and growth.
