Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Colorado and Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification or be willing to obtain it upon hire.

A minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience is required, although home health care experience is preferred.

You must also pass a background check and drug test, and meet other qualifications outlined by state and federal regulations.

We do not require COVID vaccination, but encourage our staff to stay up-to-date on recommended vaccinations.
