We are looking for an LPN or RN to work with a Pre-school student, Monday through Friday 10am-3pm in a school setting!
Student has G tube feed, and requires care at school for sugar checks and injections if needed.

- Pay Range: School LPN's pay ranges from $33-$35 an hour; School RN's pay ranges from $39-$40 an hour

Job Duties:
- Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the school
- Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Provide basic first aid care.
- Complete patient documentation.
- Care for a student with asthma and watch for seizures.
A few must-haves for LPNs and RNs:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN or RN in Michigan
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- One year of pediatric experience is required
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
