Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive impairments
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop patient plans and achieve goals
- Requirements include a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, active SLP license in Arizona, and at least one year of experience in home healthcare
