Shift Details: PRN shifts available (2p-10p)
Compensation: $18-$19 per hour based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.
- Follow and adhere to resident care plans.
- Measure and monitor vital signs, reporting to supervisors as necessary.
- Observe residents during shifts, reporting concerns to the nursing team.
- Serve meals to residents and assist as needed.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Maintain resident mobility by repositioning and transferring them safely.
Requirements:
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
- Current BLS and immunizations (Hep B and TB screening) are required.
- Understanding of medical terminology and nursing procedures.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
